Feedback is important to JND. We will send you a survey to review your services after your last visit and I will address any issues you may have experienced with JND. What is your cancellation policy for walks and visits?

JND adheres to a NO OVERBOOKING policy. This means when you schedule a visit(s), we block out time for your request and dedicate this time to your visit. How do I get my keys back after services?
