Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC supported The Greater Delray Chamber of Commerce for the Focus on Women event called Atomic Happiness with Andrea Vallely from Shift Happens! JND provided pet related items for the event’s participants who each received a swag bag full of surprises dedicated to sparking joy in these empowered women!

Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC was highlighted for their pet care services at the Delray Chamber of Commerce’s Home Show and Membership Breakfast as a participating vender! JND was offered the opportunity to showcase their current offerings and their vision to help the community at large. The event gathered 75 members!
SHOP & SHARE EVENT
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC designed the marketing for our local rescue Truly All Cats Trapping & Rescue’s Shop & Share Event at Lilly Pulitzer in Palm Beach Gardens! In addition to the graphic design work, Jill ran promotions for the event and brought increased visibility to the rescue’s mission of helping community cats in PBC.
TBT 5K Walk & Run
Team Jill’s Next Door sponsored the water station at the TBT 5K Walk and Run Charity benefiting the Christine E. Lynn Heart & Vascular Institute. The Institute opened at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and is the first open-heart program started in Palm Beach County in over 22 years. They have performed over 2,500 open-heart procedures, more than 20,000 cardiac catheterizations, and nearly 5,000 angioplasties.

Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated toys, treats, and dog and cat food to our friends at Tri-County Animal Rescue in Boca Raton, Florida! The event was held in March 2023 at one of our residential complexes called The Franklin, where many of our clients call home and brought their pets along for the event. Tri-County Animal Rescue is a100% no-kill animal shelter who saves thousands of animals in need yearly!

Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC organized a Meet and Greet for the Delray Beach and Boca Raton community at the Tri-County Animal Rescue during PSI’S Hungry Bowl Pet Food Drive® Food Drop Off! The response was overwhelming, with local adopters, students, JND team members and more to support animals in need! Tri-County Animal Rescue is a 100% No-Kill, 501(c)3, nonprofit animal shelter in Boca.
3RD ANNUAL TOY DRIVE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated boxes of toys to the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County strive to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
HUNGRY BOWL FOOD DRIVE
In 2023, Jill partnered with four local schools, American Heritage, Western High School, William T. Dwyer High School, and Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts with five amazing students to run Pet Sitters International’s annual Hungry Bowl Pet Food Drive®. The event donated thousands of pounds of food to Tri-County.
Heartfelt Art Drive
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated a box of art supplies to Delray Beach’s HeARTfelt fundraiser. HeARTfelt is an Arts Garage initiative benefiting local schools and their arts education programs. Arts Garage asks residents to donate art materials and gift cards throughout the year, donating to 4 schools.
2nd ANNUAL POOCHES & PRESENTS IN THE PARK
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC supported Pets’ Broward’s 2nd Annual Pooches & Presents in the Park fundraising event, with a booth to raise pet care and animal rescue awareness! Pets’ Broward is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to create a community which no longer kills adoptable shelter pets.
SOUNDS TO STIR YOUR SOUL
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC participated in the Sounds to Stir Your Soul event, benefitting Wayside House. The mission of Wayside House is to be a healing environment that helps women with drug and alcohol dependence by providing them with tools to rebuild their lives, reconnect with loved ones, and recover from active addiction.

Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated items to Deck 84’s Supplies & Sips Benefitting Tri-County Animal Rescue – Part of the Do Good Delray event series. Tri-County Animal Rescue is a 100% No-Kill, 501(c)3, animal shelter working to prevent the killing of 170,000 unwanted pets in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
PARTNERS WITH A PURPOSE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC participated in the Partners With A Purpose event, benefitting CROS Ministries. CROS belief is that to be successful in addressing hunger, the community must come together. For 44 years, CROS Ministries has been a constant presence in the community, “standing in the gap” for our hungry neighbors.
HURRICANE SUPPLY DRIVE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated items in need to The Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce for the victims of the recent hurricane– in partnership with the Naples Chamber of Commerce and Sanibel and Captiva Island Chamber of Commerce. Items donated by JND include dog and cat food (wet and dry), kitty litter, poop bags, and more.

Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC supported Achievement Centers for Children and Families through the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Do Good Delray Initiative, who are proud to present Picture Perfect, ACCF’s First Annual Teen Photo Showcase. ACCF teens displayed their creativity through photography at Chick-Fil-A.
HURRICANE FOOD DRIVE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC supported their neighbors on Florida’s west coast by donating pet supplies on Sunday, October 9, 2022, benefitting those impacted by rising waters caused by Hurricane Ian. The food bank provides disaster meals and supplies to the hardest-hit areas in our community.
INTERNATIONAL CLEANUP
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC joined The International Coastal Cleanup by removing waste from our beaches! ICC is the world’s largest, volunteer effort to clean up the marine environment. Volunteers from over 100 countries descend on local beaches, rivers, lakes, and canals to show their support.
BLOOD DONATION EVENT
EAT BETTER, LIVE BETTER
Team Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated a large box of canned vegetables, pasta, peanut butter, pasta sauce, and other needed items to our local food drive for Eat Better, Live Better. EBLB is improving nutrition for children and fighting childhood obesity and health conditions.

Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC took part in Delray’s Chamber Focus on Women (FOW) program’s Summer Soiree, supporting local businesses and women leaders. The Focus on Women programs feature networking and educational opportunities for the professional women in our community.
UNIFORM DRIVE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC donated 6 pair of uniform bottoms to Delray Beach’s Milagro Center for school children. Their mission is to ensure the social and academic success of underserved children and youth through Cultural Arts, Living Values, Academic Support, and Mentoring.

Team Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC ran the 12th Annual Run, Sweat, & Beers 5K, benefitting the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center! The Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center is a non-profit community agency of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.

Hopportunities hosted a “Love Our Locals” event that shined the spotlight on small businesses. We joined local vendors from various industries to support the EJS Project and their work with underprivileged youths. The Emanuel Jackson Sr. Project mission is to empower future leaders.
DOG WALK CHALLENGE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC raised almost $500 dog walking for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS)! LLS is a global leader in the fight against cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients.
YOGA WITH HORSES
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC participates in horse yoga, benefitting the HERD Foundation in Delray Beach, Florida. Their mission is to provide equine-assisted activities designed to empower individuals through the unique relationship between humans and horses, creating an amazing experience.
FAMILY PROMISE BENEFIT
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC gave a basket of items and gift cards to raise money for the Family Promise of South Palm Beach County. They believe that every child deserves a home. Family Promise empowers families in their transition from homelessness to independence.
DELRAY BEACH CLEAN UP
Team Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC devoted time to the “Trashy Mermaids” clean up event! The Beach Clean Up Program provides the opportunity for families, individuals and groups to participate in beach clean ups. Trashy Mermaids meet every first Saturday each month .
ST. PETRICK'S DAY PARADE
Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC sponsored the St. Petrick’s Day Costume Contest benefitting Dezzy’s Second Chance Animal Rescue. Dezzy’s is a Florida Nonprofit that provides homeless dogs and cats in Palm Beach and Broward Counties with the opportunity to find a loving home.
HEROES IN RECOVERY 6K
Team Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC ran The Heroes in Recovery 6K in June of 2016. Their movement started because 20 million people needed substance abuse treatment the previous year and did not receive it. It takes a heroic effort to live sober, and Heroes 6K celebrates that effort.
10K RUN FOR THE PAWS
Team Jill’s Next Door joined South Florida’s largest charitable 10K running race, benefitting dogs and cats in need. All proceeds go to Tri-County Animal Rescue in Boca Raton, Florida. They are a 100% No-Kill, 501(c)3, nonprofit animal shelter working to prevent the killing of over 170,000 unwanted pets.
DELRAY BEACH TURKEY TROT
Team Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC raced South Florida’s Turkey Trot in Delray Beach in November of 2016. Proceeds from the race benefitted the Keith Straghn Feed the Hungry Thanksgiving Drive. It was the late Keith Straghn who envisioned feeding the area’s hungry and helping the community. Runners brought items to donate.

Being a member of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce Focus on Women’s Committee, Jill’s Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Services, LLC assisted the woman of Palm Beach County launch an amazing event that focused on women-owned business. By shining a light on these successful businesses, we were able to collectively come together to support one another.
